Who you are buying from
Voyce is sold by Mindscope Solutions FZC, a free zone company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 4307101.01. Registered address: Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at info@mindscopesolutionsfzc.com.
What you are buying
Voyce is a licence to use our speech-to-text software on your own computer. The software runs entirely on your machine: your audio is transcribed locally and is not sent to us or to anyone else.
- Monthly: a subscription that renews each month until you cancel.
- Lifetime: a one-off purchase with no renewal. It continues to work offline and does not depend on our servers.
A licence covers one person. Your licence key is personal to you; please do not share or publish it.
Cancellations and refunds
Voyce is digital content, supplied immediately. When you buy, you ask us to supply it straight away, and because the licence key is the product itself it cannot be returned once issued. We ask you to confirm this at checkout before you pay. If you are buying as a consumer in a country that gives you a statutory cancellation right, that right still applies and is not removed by this paragraph.
Nothing here affects your legal rights if Voyce is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If it will not work for you, contact us at info@mindscopesolutionsfzc.com and we will help or refund you.
Monthly plan: cancel any time. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that. We do not charge you again.
Lifetime licence: a one-off purchase with no renewal.
Your licence key
Your key is shown on the page you are returned to after paying. We do not email it to you, so please save it somewhere safe. If you lose it, contact us from the email address you paid with and we will re-issue it.
Price and tax
You can pay in pounds, US dollars, euros or UAE dirhams. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is determined by your billing country, which you enter at checkout, and is shown before you confirm. Payment is handled by Stripe, and card payments are taken through our payment provider OWT Group Ltd, so that is the name you will see on your card statement or bank app. Your contract for Voyce is with Mindscope Solutions FZC. We never see your card details.
If we have to change or stop things
We may update Voyce and these terms. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and, if you are on the monthly plan, you can cancel. A lifetime licence will continue to work on the version you have, offline, regardless of what happens to our servers.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Voyce transcribes speech and will sometimes get words wrong, so please check anything that matters.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, any mandatory consumer protections of your home country still apply to you.
